Melissa Davison Promoted to Operations Director!

Melissa has been an integral part of Geosynthetics for more than 15 years, building an impressive breadth of knowledge across the business and developing extensive experience within the UK construction and civil engineering sector.

Since joining the company, Melissa has taken on increasing responsibility and has played a key role in many of the milestones that have shaped the business. Her experience spans operational management, business development, technology and strategic marketing, giving her a unique understanding of both the day-to-day running of the company and its longer-term ambitions.

Over the years, Melissa has been instrumental in delivering a number of significant projects, including major premises relocations, the development of the company’s technological capabilities and initiatives that have supported Geosynthetics’ continued market growth.

Her progression to Operations Director reflects not only her considerable experience and expertise, but also the leadership, commitment and strategic thinking she brings to the business.
