Internal Sales

As an Internal salesperson you will be an integral part of the future growth of the department and will be responsible for taking incoming enquiries and sending out quotations in line with our KPIs, as well as pro-actively following them up to covert to orders. You will need to have strong communication skills to enable you to build strong relationships with your customers. Your customers can be Builders Merchants or Contractors.  The successful candidate will need to have a hunger to achieve and be very target driven.

Our youngest team member is 19 years old and our most senior team member is 62 years young. 51% of our team are female and 49% are male and over a quarter of our team work flexibly/part time.

Our employee benefits

We provide an auto-enrol pension scheme currently with Royal London. Employees can contribute a percentage of their salary, and the company will match this, up to 5%.

BUPA health care is available after 6 months’ probation period.

We offer a structured Company Bonus. We can earn up to 10% of salary after 6 months of probation.

Although it’s not nice to think about, employees are covered and in the event of their death whilst working here, their next of kin will receive 2 x annual salary.

Our office opening hours are Monday – Thursday 8.15am – 4.30pm and Fridays we finish at 4pm (no weekend work required), the standard working day is 7.5 hours.

We offer flexible shift options dependant on team cover.

We pride ourselves on encouraging a good work/life balance.


Located 5 minutes off the M69, our brand new unit is nestled into the countryside with lovely views, and ample on site car parking spaces.

We offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. And this grows once you’ve completed 5 and 10 years of service!
