Continuous learning culture & career development

We have links with local education providers to help support and encourage young people to consider engineering as a career path. We have helped lots of university graduates with various lengths of placement since 2017 and in various departments, not just engineering, and have had enjoyed having local 6th form students join us for their work experience placement, so we actively invest in the future of the engineering and construction industry.

We offer continual development of our colleagues and fantastic career development opportunities. We have had 6 internal promotions in the last year alone.

Charity Support

Each year we support a different local charity which is nominated by our employees. We take part in a variety of events and fundraising activities throughout the year to raise funds for them, and the year culminates in a company wide charity day at the end of October. In 2025 we supported the local Mencap charity in Hinckley and raised over £6,500! In 2024 we supported ‘4Louis’ and raised £6,320.93, and in 2023 we supported ‘OurJay’ and raised £4,515.35.

H&S excellence

We take the health & safety of our employees, visitors, customers and suppliers very seriously and are proud to have 0 accidents reported since we set up the business.

Supply chain integrity

It is imperative that we work with partners who share our values. We hold annual reviews with all our key supply chain partners to ensure they are adhering to our code of conduct, and we work closely with them to ensure we have the latest data for our carbon reduction calculations. Wherever possible, we demand Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) to assist our customers with their specification selection.
