Turf reinforcement mats

The Landlok permanent range encompasses both 1st and 2nd generation turf reinforcement mats. Landlok TRM’s are non degradable and when vegetated, will provide twice the erosion protection of vegetation alone.

ARMORMAX Anchored Reinforced Vegetation System
The system consists of a lightweight HPTRM layer, Pyramat, and earth percussion anchors that work together to lock soil in place to resist movement, providing permanent erosion protection for vegetated and un-vegetated applications. The system can be used in non-structural and structural engineering solutions providing a higher factor of safety, superior erosion protection and long term design life.

PYRAMAT High Performance Turf Reinforcement Mats (HPTRM)
Pyramat is a high strength, lightweight HPTRM designed to handle the most demanding erosion control applications. Patented Pyramat three - dimensional construction makes HPTRMs ten times stronger than traditional TRMs. The 3D matrix of polypropylene yarns features X3 technology which locks in seed and soil for permanent reinforced vegetation. Used where high loadings and a longer design life are required Pyramat consistently performs and can be considered as a cost effective solution against conventional erosion control methods, including: rock riprap, concrete paving, gabions, concrete mattresses and blocks and fabric formed revetments.

LANDLOK 300 Turf Reinforcement Mat (TRM)
Landlok 300 TRM is the perfect erosion control mat for high-flow storm water channels, banks and steep slopes where both immediate and long term erosion control is needed. Using X3 fibre technology Landlok 300 TRM traps more seed, soil and water in place than traditional hard armour products, yielding faster and fuller vegetation. Landlok 300 is the only 2nd generation TRM that has woven technology, developed for use when a longer design life is required over standard stitch bonded TRMs.

LANDLOK TRM 450 Turf Reinforcement Mat
TRM 450 is a 1st generation turf reinforcement mat constructed of a dense web of polypropylene fibres positioned between two biaxially oriented nets. Manufactured from 100% synthetic materials, UV stabilised and using X3 fibres TRM 450 is uniquely designed for moderate-flow channels and medium slopes. The industry standard in TRMs.
