Woven geotextile shuttering

Flexitex is a double woven textile shuttering for erosion control and underwater concrete work.

Made of high-strength polyamide or polyester yarn, simplified working procedures result in reduced installation times offering cost effective solutions in a wide range of water-side applications.

Supplied in three main types:

Flexitex filter mattress
This double-weave mattress is woven together at regular intervals which act as filters to release hydraulic back pressure.

Flexitex concrete mattress
Upper and lower layers are connected together by spacing yarns. This allows a more even thickness to the mattress and an impermeable solution.

Flexigrow®
A double-weave mattress with successive open square areas for planting. The mattress is filled with concrete leaving open squares of textile. The squares can be cut open and filled for planting, mainly for ground stabilisation and for aesthetical purposes.

Flexitex is available in a range of colours and special sizes on request. Lengths of Flexitex are sewn together and zippers can be delivered on request.
